SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We ship anywhere in Canada/USA with economical shipping rates.

CANADA/USA SHIPPING OPTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

Shipping in Canada/USA is fast and easy. You have three shipping options:

1.Standard Shipping (HUNTER's special rate C$9.97 within Canada and C$12.97 within USA) - This is the most economical option. Delivery typically takes between 3-9 business days.

2.Express Shipping - Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. The rate is calculated at checkout.

3. Free Shipping within Canada - orders shipped within Canada qualify for free shipping if the order amount is C$149 or higher excluding any applicable discounts/taxes

4. Free Shipping within USA - orders shipped to USA qualify for free shipping if the order amount is equivalent to C$199 or higher excluding any applicable discounts/taxes

5. We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses entered by customers at checkout. Please double check the shipping address you entered before completing your order

6. There are items that we cannot ship to the US due to US import restrictions such as Pet Food containing animal ingredients. Any orders placed with a shipping US address will be cancelled and fully refunded. (We apologize for the inconvenience but this is totally out of our control.

Orders are typically shipped the same day or the next business day after they are received.

OVERSIZE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS

Please note that for some large, bulky or heavy items, an oversize shipping charge may apply. Unless otherwise specified, oversize charges will still be applied where applicable to orders that qualify for promotional shipping discounts or offers (free standard shipping within Canada, dollars off shipping charges, etc.). As well, if actual shipping charges exceed the posted shipping rates we retain the right to apply additional shipping charges. If this situation occurs, we will always contact you first for confirmation and approval.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping as well (to USA and all around the world). International shipping usually takes 7-21 business days if shipped by Canadapost. If shipped by UPS, delivery takes 2-10 days depending on which service you choose. Additional charges for duties to all international packages may be charged after delivery. DELAYS DUE TO CARRIER OPERATIONS

We work with reputable and reliable carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. However, please note that we are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by carrier strikes, operational disruptions due to weather, force majeure events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, it is out of our control. As such, we do not accept refund requests for delayed shipments as long as the package remains in the carrier's possession, regardless of the reason for the delay.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during such situations, and we encourage you to track your shipment using the tracking information provided. For further assistance, you may contact the carrier directly.
